This procedure describes requirements for issuing Danish EASA Instructor and Examiner privileges to holders of third-country certificates.
Instructors FCL.900.c
Issue
To be issued Instructor's privileges according FCL.900 c, Instructors must hold an ICAO licence, minimum a CPL, and meet the requirements in PART-FCL for the relevant Instructor privileges applied for.
Then the applicant must have undergone appropriate instructor training at an EASA approved ATO. This training is without any duration requirements, but must assure that the applicant has the required Instructor skills and theoretical knowledge in European aviation safety rules to instruct EASA licenced pilots. Applicants holding or have held a commercial licence or Instructor privileges issued by an EASA member states are considered as fulfilling this knowledge requirement.
Assessment of competence for initial issue, must be performed by a Danish certified Examiner or by a TS appointed Examiner.

Revalidation
Revalidation of FCL.900.c instructor privileges are performed according to PART.FCL subpart J.
Please use the “Revalidation and renewal instructor privileges” form for revalidation.
Renewal
If an instructor's privileges expires, PART-FCL requirements for renewal must be met..
The following documentation must be sent to TS following an assessment for revalidation or renewal of Instructors privileges:
Instructors already holding EASA FCL.900.c privileges issued by an EASA member state or Instructors holding Instructor privileges issued by United Kingdom that has been issued, revalidated or renew last time before January 1st 2021, will have Danish issued FCL.900.c privileges without further requirements.

Examiners FCL.1000.c
Issue
Issue of FCL.1000.c examiner privileges are performed according to this procedure. Applicants must comply with requirements in FCL.1000 Examiner certificates (c)
In order to comply with requirements in FCL.1000. Examiner certificates (c) (iii) and (iv) Examiners will need to participate in an Examiner standardisation course held by or approved by TBST.
Contents and duration of this course will be determined by the approved ATO or TS based on
As a minimum an Examiner seminar and an Examiner assessment of competence will be required.
The possibility to perform the required Examiner seminar in a third country is available.
Revalidation and renewal
Revalidation and renewal of Examiners issued according to FCL.1000.c is identical to Examiners issued according to FCL.1000.a by TS and includes participation in a Danish held Examiner seminar and an Examiner assessment of competence with a Danish certified Senior Examiner qualified for this assessment.
Examiners already holding EASA FCL.1000.c privileges issued by an EASA member state or Examiners holding Examiner privileges issued by United Kingdom that has been issued, revalidated or renew last time before January 1st 2021, will have Danish issued FCL.1000.c privileges without further requirements.

Fees according to Examiners.
For Examiner seminars held outside Denmark, fees will be agreed upon with the Aurhority, but generally it will be according to table 1A1.

Senior Examiners
Issue
Training Organizations outside EASA countries may be granted the option for internal FCL.1000.c Senior Examiners restricted to perform Examiner assessments for revalidation and renewal of Examiner privileges.
From January 1st 2021 individual Examiners may also apply for these privileges, but be aware that if SOLI afterwards is changed from a third country to Denmark, Senior Examiner privileges will not be transferred, but will still be restricted to revalidation and renewal of Examiner privileges outside EASA member states.
Senior Examiner restricted to FCL.1000.c must meet experience requirements as described in the Senior Examiner procedure. For these applicants there will be standardization training including participation in the Danish Examiner seminar, a briefing with Danish inspector and minimum 1 oversight/assessment in the role of Examiner.
Recurrent
All FCL.1000.c Senior Examiners must receive an annual standardization briefing with TS. This briefing will be a virtual or physical meeting, coordinated by TS.
Further more all FCL.1000.c Senior Examiners will have two oversight/assessment in the role of Examiner, with a TBST Inspector, within the validity period. One of these oversights/assessment will be used to revalidate Examiner privileges. This standardization will assure the same standardization level as FCL.1000.a Senior Examiners.
Note that all fees and expenses in connection with these standardization measures are held by the Senior Examiner.
