These regulations is used in day to day work as an Examiner. These regulations will be updated regurarly, but it is still the Examiners own responsibility to make sure, that he or she holds the current version of these documents.
There are a lot more regulations used by specific Examiners, doc 8168 for IFR Examiners etc, however these regulations are not available in the Examiners webside yet, and each Examiner is personally responsible to have all current regulations available, when working as an Examiner.
